Aerobics is a form of exercise that involves a number of different workouts to tone the body and muscles and make it more flexible. It consists of Mat workout as well as Stepper workout for the abdomen and legs respectively. The Floor workout involves rhythmic movements in a fixed pattern for overall fitness and flexibility of the body. It helps us to strengthen our cardio vascular systems, develop our muscles, and increase our endurance. It also enhances our capabilities, strengths and stamina. We perform on a number of school events such as Founders' Day, Golden Jubilee Basketball Tournament to name a few. We also participate in intra school competitions and Aerobics National Tournaments.
