BasketballAerobics plays a key role in healthy living and body fitness.In aerobics,we consume oxygen for energy and make rythmic movements in a fixed pattern that are generally of low intensity. It helps us to strengthen the cardio vascular system,develop muscles,enhance our endurance, capability,strength and stamina and burn off fat naturally.
