In the year 2009-2010 athletics has reached an entire new level. The .jpg)
hardwork and determination have helped us achieve greater heights.
We did extremely well at the district level and won a total of 68 medals and three athletes were adjudged best athletes in their respective sections.
The athletes did us proud at the All India IPSC athletics meet in which we stood second and got back a total of 20 medals including one gold,14 silvers and 5 bronze medals.
Four of our girls Medha Dutt, Sabrina Siddhu, Enakshi Manohar and Shriya Gupta represented the IPSC team at the 54th national school
games, Kochi, Kerala. We took part in the annual Woodstock
International relay where the junior team stood first and the senior
team stood second.
The future of athletics in school is a bright one and in the coming
years we hope to achieve higher standards.
