The School is fortunate in its teachers and the low turnover of staff is a strong point of the School. The School is also committed to Staff Development through a wide range of on-going in-service programmes and workshops, which cover not only academics but also areas such as psychological counselling, personality development and career counselling.

The staff to student ratio is 1:10. The smaller classes ensure that each child receives individual attention and is encouraged to approach teachers for any necessary help both in and out of class.

Tuitions during the vacations are actively discouraged. The School takes on the responsibility of remedial classes for weak students during term time and sets such students holiday work to be undertaken under parental supervision.
