I believe that there is no other place like the sports arena to demonstrate and experience the power of pure determination. Sports in Welham, has always been the perfect combination of skill, stamina, strategy and teamwork and teaches us to be physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight. The hallmark of this school is the freedom and liberty it provides to every student to discover herself and create her own unique identity. For a Welhamite, games is an essential part of school life which inculcates in her the qualities that she will cherish for life. It imbibes in us a keen sense of sportsmanship and teaches us to accept gracefully both victory and defeat. It is here that we gain the confidence to overcome obstacles and emerge successful.
