Welham Girls’ School hosted its second edition of the Intra Model United Nations (MUN) on 20th and 21st April 2023. The theme of the conference was ‘Ordo ab chao’ which means "out of chaos comes order''. The event was attended by over 180 students from grades 9 to 12. The students were divided into five committees, namely the Security Council, the Secretary General’s ad hoc committee (Paris Peace Conference), All India Political Party Meet, the Human Rights Council and the International press Corps. The participants represented various countries and discussed a range of issues related to their respective committees. The Intra MUN was a resounding success and provided students with a platform to develop their diplomatic skills and engage in meaningful discussions about global issues. The participants demonstrated excellent debating skills, critical thinking, and knowledge of international affairs. H-462 Vanshi Agarwal, H-594 Vedanshi Deorah,O-066 Anurati Sharma, O-373 Sohila Gill and F- 189 Kashika Jain were adjudged the Best Delegate in their respective Committee.
