A group of 10 students of Welham Girls’ School attended Surya Drone Tech 2025, a cutting-edge event dedicated to showcasing the latest advancements in drone technology. The event featured live demonstrations of drones operating in diverse and challenging environments, effectively highlighting their capabilities in real-world scenarios.
During the event, the students had the honour of meeting Brigadier Rahul Misra of the Indian Army, who shared his valuable insights on the role of drones in defence operations. They also had the privilege of meeting the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, who emphasized the importance of integrating drone technology in governance, disaster management, and state development initiatives.
