Fifteen schools from all over India participated in the prestigious Commemorative programme, ‘Smarika-2025’ organised and hosted by Welham Girls’ School, Dehradun from 18th to 20th April 2025. The campus was abuzz with young debaters and quizzers who put forth their best foot forward in every event.
In the Mrs. Russell Science and Nature Quiz the team from WGS comprising Drishti Mahajan and Yashvi Agarwal secured the First position whereas Springdales School, Pusa Road, Delhi stood Second. The Welham Girls’ School team comprising Aaashi Dhandharia, Kashish Chaudhary and Aarya Sharma won the Trophy in the Miss. Linnell Inter School Hindi Debate with La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata getting the 2nd Position. The Miss Srivastava Inter School English Debate Trophy was taken home by The Doon School and The Shri Ram School, Moulsari was declared as Runners Up.
