An online Round Square Conversation was hosted by The British School, New Delhi on 26th May, 2023 on the occasion of The World Hunger Day. The topic for this 90-minute discussion was” Bread for every Breath”. The students had to prepare a Post card and then discuss the problems and the solutions to eradicate hunger from the world in the near future. Welham Girls’ School was represented by Kritika Gupta, Prisha Jain, Vedanshi Deorah, Pranya Dua, Shrestha Dube and Vivaana Dutt. The aim of this conversation was to discuss topics such as Food waste management, Food distribution and access, Agricultural infrastructure and productivity, and Nutritional needs. It allowed for students to share their own views as well as understand others’, gather information, research and find solutions to reduce hunger throughout the world.
