Six students from Classes 8, 9 and 11, participated in an inter-school robotics competition organized by Maa Anadmayee Memorial School, in association with AFS India, on 25th November. The event featured 3 competitions - Robo Race, Line Follower, and a Science Exhibition. In the Robo Race, Arya Goel and Richelle Bindal made a remote-controlled robot that could reach its destination in the shortest time. The seamless navigation and speed demonstrated by our team secured them a well-deserved first position. In the Line Follower event, Shrestha Jain and Araina Gupta designed a robot that was capable of tracking a predefined path with precision. and clinched the second position. Kashni Garg and Paridhi Saboo designed an AI-based home automation system codenamed Kyoshu. The project was based on the UN SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) and earned the third position. Welham received the overall Winner’s trophy. Congratulations!
