On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Human Rights & Social Justice Association felicitated Mrs Vibha Kapoor, Principal; Mrs Rajshree Ojha, Vice Principal; Mrs Kusum Dandona, Dean Pastoral Care and Ms Subohi Rashid, Dean of Academics, of Welham Girls' School for their special contribution in the field of girls' education. The award, titled 'Women Empowerment Award' is given every year to women who have made special contributions in their respective fields. National President Mr Sachin Jain, State President Ms Madhu Jain and District President Mr Jitendra Dandona presented the plaque to Mrs Kapoor, Mrs Ojha, Mrs Dandona and Ms Rashid.
